Backyard Golf is dedicated to helping your enjoy the game of golf at home, at the office, or any other place you choose. Whether your goal is to have fun or improve you golfing skills, we sell the products to help you achieve your objective. We are devoted golfers and personally try to test all of the products we sell.  We scour the golfing world to find and bring you products that will help you enjoy the game more.  If you see or use something that you think we should carry, let us know.  We'll do our best to investigate the item(s) for inclusion in our product mix.

1. Our Pricing Policy - We strive to offer the best delivered price on every item we sell.  We will match any legitimate competitor's price.

2. Shipping - We are constantly working to reduce our shipping costs and times.  Items that we have in stock ship within 48 hours of your order.  Custom orders require a little more time. We use a variety of shipping partners to carry your order.  Any order that does not have a turf roll exceeding 108 inches in length is delivered via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders with turf rolls exceeding 108 inches are delivered via R&L Carriers, FedEx Freight, or other common carrier, depending on your location.  We can do expedited delivery, but you'll have to bear the cost.

3. Our Upgrade Anytime Program - You'll only find this program at Backyard Golf, and we think you'll find this a very unique and differentiating program.  Basically, if you want to upsize a green you purchased from us, we'll give you full credit for your original green, regardless of age.  Full details of this program are covered in the Upgrade Anytime Program Overview.

4. Customer Communications - We listen and we work very hard to answer all customer emails, phone calls, and letters within 24 business hours of receipt. We think we achieve this goal 95% of the time.  But remember, we occasionally like a day off too.
