Return Policy

All of our products carry a three year warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping charges).  Custom Greens require a 20% restocking fee.  Should you need to return a product you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to shipping the product back to us.  You can receive an RMA by emailing us at service@backyard-putting-greens.com or by calling us at 770-456-5322.  In either case we will respond to your request as soon as possible and always within 24 hours.  In the case of a warranty return we will advise you on the shipping details based on the particular issue.  In the case of a return within 30 days we will credit your account for the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping, upon receipt and inspection of the item.  To receive full credit the green must not exhibit any signs of abnormal use.  You must return the product to us with all components and in the original boxes.
